Then my friend, from me and everyone else here and everywhere in the world of hacked iphones, may lady luck smile upon you! I wish you well at the apple store. DO NOT SEND IT IN TO APPLE 'CAUSE THEY WILL CHECK.
    Peace,

the question is not (or not only) what bootloader you currently have and you had when you took the iphone out of the box. The real question is when you did buy it, as you have (if I remember well) 45 days after the purchase to "officially" activate it with At&T. After that the warranty 's gone anyway, sorry

Someone on another thread mentioned earlier (i forget who) that warranty is in no way dependant on an at&t contract, besides, he is at&t customer if my memory serves me.
    Peace,

I said in another thread earlier (then swiftly deleted my post) that maybe it's time for zibri to open his pockets to all the unwitting people he forced to downgrade their bootloaders, maybe I shouldn't have deleted my post. I am one of the lucky people who didn't need an unlock as I have a legit o2-UK contract, but for everyone else I can see why you're so angry. If it had happened to me I'd be pissed. There was no need to force the downgrade of the bootloader, when all that was needed was to downgrade the baseband as had been done in all prior versions to the one that did the damage. If it annoys you that much though, then do something constructive about it, like donate some cash to Geo or devteam and hope that they come up with a solution, or better still, if you have any programming knowledge put it to work.
    Peace,

    Dok
