[Bootloader] How to check the version ?
Hello all
Been out of the loop for a while now but I just upgraded to 1.1.4 using iPlus on Mac.
So my phone's history is this:
1.0.2 OTB > Unlocked with 1st free unlocking technique > Virginized and updated to 1.1.1, unlocked with Anysim > Restored to 1.1.4 and unlocked with iPlus.
I chose iPlus because I read that it's completely "reversible" but I don't really know what that means. What BootLoader am I likely running and what does this mean for future Apple Firmware updates?
I have searched the forums but can't seem to find concrete answers...Appreciate any Advice / Info.
Thanks.

If you were 1.0.2 OTB then you have BL3.9 This is the way it will stay unless Apple write some sort of bootloader upgrade software into a firmware update. Only people with 1.1.2 OTB and upwards have BL4.6 and therefore need to be careful about unlocking techniques.
Hope this helps ya bud.
Peace,
Dok

I know all about BBInfo, but does anyone know if theres a linux command you can type in the vt-100 terminal program or threw ssh using putty that will tell you what bootloader version and-or what baseband version the iPhone is using? If so what is it?
Thanks!
