no.... if you are from US then there is a very small chance 1.1.2 is 3.9
but usually its 4.6
anything less than 1.1.2 is 3.9
1.1.3 is 4.6
i am not sure what week number 1.1.2's have 3.9 but i am sure someone will confirm what it is
SEARCH!!! Its really not that hard!!

I don't beleive the bootloaders are created by apple. If I remember correctly, the bootloader is made by the manufacturer of the ARM processor, which I believe is Marvell. They'll probably make another bootloader, but I'm willing to bet it'll be somewhere after the next 2 or 3 firmwares come out. It takes lots of time for bootloaders to be made and tested to make sure they work. Not everyone is a genius like Geohot.

As far as I know, bootloader is created by Infineon and taking into account ultimate developments it looks obvious they will be forced by Apple to patch the holes.

DAMN the 4.6 Bootloader took 3 months to software unlock. I wonder how long the next one is gonna take.
-
Actually.. it didn't take 3 months.. it took 12 hours by Geohot once he felt motivated enough to do it.
(I mean there were some discoveries that helped out tha happened during that 3 months.. but mostly it happened in the 12 hours.)
