[Bootloader] Anyway to downgrade from 4.6 to 3.9?

I am reading it but it means nothing to me unfortunately.

So do you have a theory on how to go about this? Do you not have a test phone you could use?

Yes I do have a 4.6 boot, Iphone with me. Iam off for today(turkey Day) in USA, PM me if you got any wishes to help me or the team, @pspsully please contact GeoHotz(iknow he is in NEW jersey) today + tomorrow is thanks giving day,when he comes back from holyday, he might be able to find the right address to the new boot, and then we will find the holygrail of the 4.6.

Car, where did you get that infor on the EraseReq??

I e-mailed george today and im afraid i dont have good news, i just asked how was he getting on and this was his reply:

bbupdater doesn't work

even the new bbupdater, so without that working, its hard to test anything. the new bootloader probably only allows upgrades, we may have to wait for an upgrade.

i-mode is entered the same way, just commands don't work.

He has only had the phones two days so we need to give him some more time. I have asked him to send me a copy of the new bbupdater so i will post it here when he does. I dont think there is gonna be another update before christmas so if thats the case, we could be in for a wait!!

Lets just hope he can come up with something!!

It seams no-one has been able to get the NORDumper to talk to the bootloader at all Car, where just gonna have to keep working on it man!!

Im hoping that this phone with the corrupt bootloader im recieving tomorrow will help me understand more about reflashing the bootloader, thats if it is even possible at all!!

Hey guys first of all congrats to you guys. Great job youre all doing.
But i have a theory over here. See if its right.
This new bootloader dont let us do anything cause we need Apple's digital signature for it to "accept ours orders" right? I mean, only digitally signed code can be executed by this bootloader right?
So when you guys get a corrupted bootloader, shouldnt it just let us do anything we want?Cause if its corrupted, then its not working(derr, of course hehe), and so it cant demand a digitally signed code to be executed, giving us the free will to do whatever we want such as in bootloader 3.9. This is my theory, its what i think that can be done.
Good luck pspsully with this iphone. I have one UK iphone here with me, but i its not mine, so thats why im not running tests on it. But i do have a 1.0.2 with 03.14.08_G, so if you guys need any help just ask.

Im not that good on coding. But i realized something here. Dont know if you already saw. Again it may sound a little noob, and be one of the weirdest thing you ever heard(read). But ill try anyway.

Have you realized that the range have increased in 22000(hex value)?
wouldnt this help on
