Now I would like to activate the phone with the 1.1.1 firmware but when I put tha AT&T sim card into the phone, I have Incorrect sim card...

ok you need to follow that revirginize guide 100% ... it works.. this is what you do .. restore your phone back to 1.0.2 clean... jailbreak and activate.. and then follow that guide ... and when you run in to a problem.. post it don't just do what you think you should.... get help... start over...
