Can some one tell me the best way to restore a 1.1.2 with anysim unlocked so i can update to 1.1.3. I have tryed the software update and it failed this is why i want to restore.

Do i need to download to 1.1.1 and unlock then use INdependence to do this ?

if your phone was unlocked at 1.1.2 im pretty sure if you downgrade to 1.1.1 and then *#307# your baseband will still be unlocked. because when you downgrade itunes doesnt touch the baseband so technically its still an unlocked baseband, only when you upgrade (and the upgrade has a new version of the baseband) will it be affected.

Itune dose touch your Baseband. Thats why phones with 1.1.2 have different baseband than 1.0.2

There is no unlocking available for 1.1.3

You can jailbreak it and use it as itouch.

If you still think that yes you can unlock it 1.1.3 then just use ibrikr to prep your phone for 1.1.3 jailbreak.

Correction, if you have 3.9 BL, 1.1.3 Can be unlocked now with 1.2.1u
