When I have previously finished the unlock process with anysim I have skipped putting the lockdown file on the phone. This is because if I did the phone would often refuse to boot and would sit at the slide to unlock screen and would not take input.

I am now in a situation where I have promised a family member that I sort out an iphone for him for his birthday. We can not swipe his sim card and then use indepdance to activate to his sim card or it would spoil the surprise.

So my question is where can I get a 100% working lockdown file and what are the definite install instructions including permissions to I do not get the problems noted above.

Please answer if you have succeeded in using the patched lockdown file.

This worked for me. It should work with yours. If this doesn't work as well, I would recommend you to copy the file from a working iphone and patch it to your in the same location. That'd work too.
