To downgrade the baseband you need to downgrade the bootloader through Ziphone ot iPlus (I reccomend iPlus),but the question- why do you need to downgrade baseband?

WRONG!!! DO NOT DOWNGRADE TO 3.9!!!

You won't be able to use customized Bootloader once on 3.9 - you won't be able to softflash Bootloader with 3.9 Bootloader. Do NOT use ZiPhone - it will downgrade without to inquire!

with gunlock you can flash any baseband version you want WITHOUT touching the 4.6 Bootloader

iPlus wont downgrade to 3.9original it will downgrade to 3.9FB. 3.9FB IS UPGRADEABLE AT ANY TIME. Tho you should not downgrade your BL. Use Gunlock to unlock and ull be fine

Lol stonefred U make me LAUGH.... Becaurse do not say stupid things,just think of that.... With iPlus you can downgrade bootloader to FAKEBLANK,erase baseband through Ziphone,then restore to 1.1.3 or ANY firmware you need,then jailbreak/activate by Ziphone,run 1.1.3 anySIM and THEN GET YOUR 4.6 BOOTLOADER BACK THROUGH IPLUS!!!!

I prefer Baseband without IPSF method (I do not like this method) and can dispense of that google maps location thing.

So if you go to 3.9FB (which you need to if you prefer matching BB and FW on 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 with IPSF method)
- do never restore with iTunes to 1.1.1 or 1.1.0 - or you will end up on 3.8 Bootloader and no way to upgrade without testpoint.
- If you prefer IPSF method do downgrade to 3.9FB and not 3.9 original BL or you will have no way to upgrade without testpoint.
