[BAD IMEI 0049xxx] AnySim1.3 is the answer
I restored a bricked iPhone ti 113, restored again to 111, jailbreaked to 112, jailbreaked to 113, run anySIM1.3 from zibree and company
and the iphone is now unlocked with the correct imei

YES!!! my F****n imei is BACK! is been 12 days I've tried any virginizer, tutorial, downgrader... the only solution is ANYSIM1.3

Most likely it is updating to 1.1.3 that fixed your problem. I had it fixed through 1.1.3 long before anysim 1.3

Any phone with a bad IMEI number or No IMEI number can be fixed (only for OTB 1.1.1 or older) by simply restoring the phones back to 1.1.1 running the Virginzer and then restoring back the v.1.1.1 again. Then if it suits you, you can upgrade it to 1.1.2 and after that to 1.1.3.
