Hey guys, I opened up bbupdater inside IDA and it came out with all the strings that we are seeing as errors. My idea is to follow where this string comes from, and make the function that determines whether or not to display that string always return true to allow the firmware to be flashed to the baseband. I know it may sound like a long shot, but it doesn't require any 128-bit AES decryption, and its just a matter of sorting through the semi-assembly. This is for someone who knows their way around IDA. Good luck, because I don't have any experience with IDA.
