    I have used the search function and came out unsuccessful. Why when I run apptapp it says "sending to iphone failed".

    you need to close apptapp, open itunes. let it see the iphone( it will recognize it one way or the other) close out itunes, then retry apptapp.

    thanks you were right. one more question why every time I unlock my iphone ther e is like a 30 second delay?

    I remember seeing this somewhere that you need a new version of lockdownd but I dont remember where. . It even takes like a min to shut off. any help would be appreciated.

    run Pacay...it has lockdown and will install it correctly

    In case I wasn't clear enough. the delay is on the phone itself. for example when I pick an application it will stall for a minute before launching the app.
