I have tried looking for the patched appsupport file for 1.1.2 to match on 8,9,10 digits (so you do not have to add international and local number formats for all entries in the phone box).

Can anyone point me towards the patched appsupport files for 1.1.2?

Apple removed the "compare last 7 digits" code from AppSupport which means you can not patch it to compare the last 8, 9, 10, etc. digits. However, I think you can simulate that behaviour by adding specially crafted phone number template table entries to AppSupport and patching 4 bytes. Read the last post (at time of writing) of that caller id thread for more information.
