Weird I had this earlier, thought it was the phone bugging out got same message as you when trying to ssh in and see what was wrong.

I've done 39 no probs, well a few but nothing like this on my 40th one it just wouldn't let me ssh.

I went into the reset menu and had it do a network reset. on my mac i did a cd .ssh and then rm known_hosts, then finally rebooted the mac.

Hooked up no probs and i did a restore, but mine hung just before I ran the anySIM app so I was lucky in that respect, works ok now

If you got no Wi-Fi, reflash baseband or restore using iTunes.

Ok, I rebooted.... NO WI-FI now... I have Terminal, BSD, great... But I need to put in the ICE files and bbupdater.... I can put it with iPhuc, but where do I see the files on Terminal to run bbupdater?

Allright, it worked! Thanks! The Wi-Fi is back...

Now back to unlocking it...
is iUnlock_reloaded or just the old iUnlock safer than anySIM? Should I try the new anySIM 1.2?

It's your call but I would give the new anySIM a try.

Worked smoothy with the new anySIM. I will adopt it for the next lineup of unlocks.
