Ericmky is right, you must use anySIM 1.2.1 on the current baseband of your iPhone.
Either run it in 1.1.1, install Oktoprep and upgrade to 1.1.2. After that, only jailbreak/activate 1.1.2, or install Oktoprep, upgrade to 1.1.2, jailbreak/activate 1.1.2 and run anySIM 1.2.1u in airplane mode.
Just pick 1 of the available guides.

PM me now if you need help! I can guide you through this via MSN.

Without going too much into specifics:

Supposing you are already on 1.1.1 and you have installer running

    1. in sources add i.unlock.no
    2. Tap done and then refresh
    3. Go to the install folder and then in "unlocking tools" install BB Downgrader (1.1.2) -- you may have to install BSD subsystem before...
    4. Perform the downgrade
    5. Restore 1.1.1 in iTunes
    6. Activate and Jailbreak again and repeat 1,2 and 3
    7. Run anySIM 1.1 (the one also found in "unlocking tools")

    Done!

I personally believe you have no need to go back to 1.1.2...

    Hope this helps
