Have u installed BSD Subsystem? Did u give it permissions? In WinSCP right click anysim and click properties and next to octal code change it to 0755

You have to set the permissions to execute.

You should rename the folder to anySIM.app (case sensitive!) and set the permissions to 0755 (octal or chmod).
    This should do the trick!

Use WINSCP, and set not only the folder permissions to 755 but all the files in that folder as well.

You don't need BSD subsystem to run Anysim. This is something people keep getting wrong. I have proved that before.
