I have a question, my phone is 1.1.1 and unlocked with anysim 1.1.
If I update to 1.1.2 and jailbreak, will I be able to use the phone
with any sim or will the phone relock?

The phone will relock during the upgrade so you'll have to downgrade back to 1.1.1, unlock with anysim 1.2.1u then update back to 1.1.2 and you'll be in business.
