When i call *#307# and am supposed to answer it it just flashes by. Its impossible to press answer

This issue has been answered many times in different posts.

While your phone is still ringing, use the <X symbol at the top to clear out the *#307# and enter 0, then press Call again. The phone will ring once more but allowing you to answer.
