Problem with the carrier signal had been solved.

I manually downloaded BootNeuter through installer.app and performed a unlock flash. It worked a couple of seconds right after that.

It all points out that my advance setting was done wrongly but Im clear that i did the right thing two times around. Its weird but I'm glad its finally through.

Thanks to everyone that helped and participated!

Quick yes or no question... when using iLibertyx to A/J/U a 16GB 1.1.4 OTB (4.6) do I check the 'Unlock with 3.9FB' box on the welcome page, so all four are checked? I've looked everywhere and I am pretty sure that you do I am just unsure and need your help. Thanks

    yes, instead

Connect your iPhone to your Mac and launch iLiberty+. The Jailbreak + Installer box is checked by default. In my case I knew for a fact that my iPhone had a version 3.9 bootloader so I checked the Unlock box. If you have a version 4.6 bootloader then you must check the Unlock with 3.9FB box instead. Next click the free my iPhone button. The button will reflect which storage capactiy your iPhone has.

Also, if you don't want to mess with bootloader, you could use iLiberty to Jailbreak and Activate the phone. Then use the Installer app to install the bootneuter app and use the Bootneuter app to unlock. This way you don't touch your original bootloader.

Experts, correct me if I'm wrong.
