    Default Activating 1.1.2 OOB problem

Hi, i'm following this guide :
    http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthre...light=detected
I get the following problem: when running independence i get an advise that i'm using an unsupported version of itunes (even though i have a 7.5 on leopard).
So i go to the FAQs and see that:
"Q) INDependence is asking for MobileDevice / INDependence is saying I dont have the correct version of iTunes.
    A) Okey, simple solution for this. Down the MobileDevice file (Click Here), unzip this in your INDependence folder. Now run the independence mob dev tool, to tell it where the mobiledevice folder is, and also tell it where the independence app is. (Look carefully on the mob dev app 'window' if you dont understand)
    "

I could file the file even though the link was not clear...but I really don't get the mod dev app part, sorry if I'm numb! Cheers!

don't bother .. Independence currently can't activate 1.1.2 OOB or not, even with correct iTunes version.

You will need to downgrade it then install Oktoprep then update to 1.1.2 then activate it with another program. search the forum for that info.

Ok found the problem...you should add to the guide the fact that the 1.3 beta version of independence should be used. Everything went fine afterwards.

    Cheers

Did I miss something? As far as I know, the 1.3 beta of INDependence doesn't work with iTunes 7.5 either and it doesn't do anything with 1.1.2. Please explain.
