First, all people are saying that is a fake etc, but correct me if im wrong but,it seems that the version of eprom is the old one.
So i think , maybe someone find a way for downgrade epprom (or unprotect, or bypass).
So, maybe a baseband flashing is not needed.(i think there is the pb with the 112).
So, i have hear that Iphone is Sgold2 based, and i know that there is some Sgold master in germany.

Well, look at the serial it says week 45, and the french iphones was released nov 29. maybe he got it from another place.

I have several iPhones because I sell them, I have taken this tool from a T-Mobile-iPhone, so what?!
In the video it is definetely the US-model, look at the model number and the back, European iPhones have a CE-sign on the back!
I have already sold the T-Mobile iPhone, which was unlocked, too - but not by T-Mobile because it was bought on 11/9 and only phones from 11/19 till last week has been unlocked - otherwise I would have shown you the difference.
If somebody here comes from Germany - just visit me and see it yourself!

If you're so persistent that you want to sell it, then why don't you say how much you want for it so at least someone can make an offer?

I'd say if you want to sell it, do it the IPSF way and demonstrate your solution to trustworthy news sources. Worked for them. Expect to be hacked in less then 30 minutes, too
