No... I just did this same process and I have:
1.1.4 firmware
04.02.13_G baseband
Bootloader 4.6
Was hoping to get the new modem firmware - maybe another way?

Well i think that even ziphone wont put you with the new modem.
If you downgrade the bootloader you can have 1.1.4 with the new modem. But with 4.6 i dont think its possible right now. And like I said, not even with the new ziphone.
I hope im wrong.

Use windows (not shure there is for mac), modified dat from ziphone, and iClarified source, and you will end up with nice 1.1.4 and 04.04.05_Gbb, at least i did ....
of course you MUST have BL 3.9, but maybe geohot will cook something about his 4.6_GEOMOD in meantime ...

Why don't u guys try this method. See if it works
Since you have modem 04.02 with 1.1.4 firmware, use ziphone2.3 and use command ziphone -D put it into recovery mode, then restore iphone to firmware 1.1.3. So you have firmware 1.1.3 with 04.03 modem (it will upgrade your modem from 04.02 to 04.03). Use *3001#12345#* to make sure you have 04.03 modem. Then use ziphone2.3 and use command ziphone -R then ziphone -b to downgrade bootloader to 3.9. Then ziphone -j -a to jailbreak and install baseband info (under utilities from www.trejan.com/irepo source) to make sure if the bootloader is 3.9. Don't downgrade bootloader if you have 1.1.4 firmware, you must have firmware 1.1.3 and modem 04.03 to downgrade bootloader.
Then ziphone -D, then restore to 1.1.4 firmware. Then use the ziphone for 1.1.4 to jailbreak and activate, then use unlock 1.1.4 from iclarified.
Don't try this if you want to have bootloader 4.6
