So I'm guessing if youre on the 1.1.3 BB ( 04.13) then you use the 1.1.3 EEP files

No, you need the 412 fls file. And it already should support 113 OTB :-)

On http://george.zjlotto.com/index.php/baseband/, there are 2 files for each firmware, a fls and an eep file... which one to use? or either one of them?
