    Default [2.0][Firmware] 1.1.4--> 2.0 Mistake

    I recently updated my 1.1.4 iphone to the 2.0 and now it has been
    bricked, so my T-Mobile SIM card is locked. I have tried jailbreaking with
    ziphone and iliberty+ but it does not send the phone to recovery mode, thus
    not being able to restore it and be able to jailbreak it again. i have also tried
    to restore it and install the 1.1.4 software on it, but it keeps giving me an error
    before it starts to run the software to prepare the restoration. (Error code 20)
    what should i do? thanks!

    i think that you should downgrade your iTunes ( you are on 7.7 right? )

    one of those guides may help:

    it does not detect the phone in recovery mode after i return from uninstalling and restarting my computer after i install version 7.5

    it says my iphone is only compatible with the 7.7 version.

    so i am stuck there, with no idea on what to do next....

    You should first downgrade your iTunes. Use this guide from iClarified http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1504

    When you get the error 1015 at the end, use iBrickr to kick it out of restore mode. You may have to restore it again to 1.1.4, then kick it out of recovery again.

    I personally then used pwnage to unlock and it worked great for me. Hope this helps. Good luck

    Itunes will say that but just ignore it put the phone in DFU and restore back to 1.1.4 two times
