Strange post for a senior member. Are you asking if it has a new chipset? Or are you telling us it has a new chipset?

It does have a new chipset and they have cleverly moved the testpoints to the other side of the board. No more easy access...

Strange :S seams unlikley somehow that new chipset would allow a BL downgrade to 3.9 if anything it will be more secure. I havnt had chance to look into anything technical just a visual on the actual board. Will try and get some photos for you guys asap.
