This is not going to work, ever. Dual SIMs work by adding an application menu that let you switch between the different subscriptions. They are not designed to swap from one subscription to the other with the timing sequence bug exploited by the different SIM proxys. To do that you'll need to update the internal code in those adapters, which is going to be quite complicated.

I could try this since I do have a sim reader/writer, but I need a adapter tray as my writer only accepts full size sim cards, not the punch out ones.
