Default [1.1 BL3.9] why not authorized way to unlock 1.1.2, only AnySim 1.2u by elite?

    http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=25983

I started this post above earlier when I was searching around for a Dev Team approved unlock for the upgrade to 1.1.2 from 1.1.1 BL 3.9.

However, I could not seem to get an answer. I thought the reason was because people misread the title thinking I was commenting on 1.1.2 OTB unlock. So I tried to change the title in this thread.

Let me know if you have found a "Dev Team Approved Way" to unlock BL 3.9 1.1.2

The guides on Hackthatphone and iclarify seem to use the unapproved elite's AnySim 1.2u.

Has the status of AnySim changed so that it is now "approved" for 1.1.2 unlock (BL 3.9)?

If so, can we update the sticky saying "don't use untested apps...AnySim 1.2u" or explain that there still is no approved unlock for 1.1.2.

I only use Dev Team approved unlocks, so I'm still waiting at 1.1.1 unlocked until I hear further.

Thank you for your hard work and I am willing to continue to wait until I hear about Dev Team Approved unlocks.

    Hi my friend
i think you should forget about all this "Approved" crap

i have the same phone you do "1.1.1 otb upgraded with oktoprep to 1.1.2"
i used the unlok you said used and my phone works flawlessly....better than when it was on 1.1.1 with the "approved" unlock

i think the last 1.1.3 jailbreak showed what "approved" means...it means "you only use what we throw your way even if it is worse!"

i know imay sound ungrateful....but no need for the this "approved" and "illegal" game going around because it makes no sense

You will wait forever. Why would anyone release something that is allready done and works perfectly? The "approved" stuff means - if it is our release it is approved, if it is not, it is not... Important thing behind this - not approved = not supported, if you forget the airplane mode, or something else goes wrong - don't come complaining your phone died - no dev team member will help you. They are right about this - why would they support somethng they did't make? You could still get some help from forum members. Just don't forget the airplain mode please, and everything will go just fine.

I'm not up with all the lingo.

Credo is not yet defined in urbandictionary.com

I looked up credo, and it is latin for "i believe."

is '>' a greater than sign for (translation):

I believe in dev team is greater than the risk of unlocking 1.1.2 with AnySim 1.2u?

Or am I not understanding correctly?
