    Yeah I know there is no way of upgrading at the moment but I am sure it will be possible in time to come, there are more 3.9 phones out there than 4.6.

    I dont really worry about the warranty as I am in a country where iPhone is not supported in anyway!

    Guys even when you do a clean restore via itunes, it doesnt restore you baseband because mine was unlocked with ZIphone on 1.1.3 and when 1.1.4 came out i did a clean restore via itunes and it was still unlocked. But all i could do was slide for emergency. But my YES OPTUS carrier name was still there. And i was able to make phone calls.

    Cool!! Go Aussie!! Wish I had Optus as well - im stuck on Vodafone in Spain. Miss Australia a lot!! But its not the same since Lockett and Kelly left the Swans!! Be Cool!
