Overall, does it understand that it doesn't need to do anything with the bootloader since mine is 3.9?

YES YES - need to bring phone to 1.1.4 before using iplus

I would like to avoid any errors jailbreaking my phone. My new Iphone 16GB will be arriving to me on the 19th. I have probably read about 1000 tutorials, all seem different in one way or another.
I have a few question that i hope someone could please answer for me.. I am going to use iPlus2.0.. Now i am also going to be activating my phone with AT&T. So my questions are these. (Using Win XP Pro SP2)

1.) Since my phone will already have Firmware 1.1.4 there is no need to do a restore, correct?
2.) Is it ok to use ITunes 7.6.1.9 to Jailbreak with?
3.) I plug in the Iphone, then disconnect it, or activate it, then eject it, then ctrl,alt,dlt, and remove any itunes helper apps, then send it to cmd for Jailbreak.
4.) If yes, do i activate my phone service with AT&T before i run the jailbreak command, or after? (./iplus2.0/iplus)
5.) When it is completed, use the newley added installer and install BSD Subsystem, or does IPlus do it automatic?

I know these are silly question for those of you whom know, but i do not, sorry, just want to do it rite.

So you have to leave Payload in there if your just jailbreaking on a 16GB Iphone, since i am using AT&T..

No - you remove the payload

Ok, Thank you, Just want to make sure since i am on a 16GB IPhone...

If you empty the payload though you will lose the Installer, BSD Subsystem, Youtube Fix, OpenSSH, TermVT100... Or should you just leave those in the original payload and just remove the UnLock Folder from the original payload?
