The international payload adds Multilanguage support?

OK, after downloaded the latest (updated) 2.0b and its International Payload, I had finally jb/act/ul my iphone.

I was having this issue that my iphone was just hang there forever on the 2nd iplus-reboot even after repeating 3, 4 times using the older 2.0b and payload prior to the latest one!

For those who has the cookies-not saved's problem, please chmod 0777 to the cookies folder as well as the cookies.plist in the cookies folder.

Just to clarify on the problems with not using the default password. I have a 3.9 fully unlocked (anysim) 1.1.2 iphone that I have changed the password from alpine. Do I need to change this back to alpine before restore to 1.1.4 or will the restore reset it to default?

No -u is to unlock your phone, so you can use it with T-Mobil and others, since you are not going to be doing that just jailbreak your phone. However i think you should have Jailbroke your phone first, then activated it in itunes to avoid any Youtube conflict... the command for i plus is ./iplus2/iplus

I have unlocked my iPhone using iPlus 2.0. The voice service works but the data service (Edge) is not working. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on? At first I thought it was the unlock method, but when I insert my girlfriends sim card (non-corporate AT&T sim) into my iPhone, everything works just fine. It is only when I insert my companies corporate sim that only the voice service works. Is it possible that AT&T is starting to block individuals from using Corporate sims with the iPhone, even after it has been unlocked? Is that even possible? I appreciate any response.

One other thing, my corporate sim card use to work on firmware 1.1.2. Even after reverting back to 1.1.2 my sim card no longer works.

Unlock tool -> iPlus 2.0
Sim Card Carrier-> AT&T Sim Card.

if I unlocked with ziphone and want the international payload i need to run iplus.

For this I just ned to restore to 1.1.4 or do i need to do another step?
Can i just click on the refubrish option of zipphone?


P.S. is there any use in going thorugh this if my iphone is already working?

i had my 1.1.3 OTB ziphone unlocked and then i did this to upgrade to 1.1.4 and used payload (international)
and all were successfully completed.
and the iphone is running all fine

however the sorting of my contacts it not proper.... its showing 123 and stuff and when tapped on letters doesnt do anything.

has any one encountered this problem with iPlus 2.0b ?
and whatz the solution for this. ?

For those with You Tube problems, just replace data_ark.plist inside
/var/root/Library/Lockdown.

For some reason that I'm still investigating, the iPhone in combination with iTunes, overwrites the plist, therefore rendering You Tube inactive.

Also, in that same directory on the phone, one can erase the contents of the pair_records subdirectory.

The plist can be found inside the payload in the "YouTube" directory.

I hope this helps.

I will include a workaround in the next version and a fix for those with the problem in Installer. Just give me some time cause I'm sick running a fever today.

i thought i just read someone saying that the international payload does not have language support. it's more for number/date format and keyboard (but i can't find the post), so if your phone already works, there's no reason to do it again
