Exclamation [1.1.4] iPhone with bootloader 3.9 question

Hey guys... I just got a iphone "used" from my friend for a cheap price and I got some question about it. The phone was already jailbreak and unlocked because when I put my sim card it eventhough it's AT&T sim it worked and I do not have the iphone plan. However since I don't know what he did to it I restored it to 1.1.4 and used iliberty+ with the bug fix stuff. Everything work fine but when it got to the screen doing Fakeblank, liberty+ say wrong firmware version. It continued on and everything works fine. All features working.

Well I then downloaded hardware info to the iphone and see what it says, and here's the informations:

    Model: iPhone 1,1 m68ap
    Baseband Modem Firmware 04.04.05_G
    Bootloader version 3.9_M3S2

now when it say iphone 1,1 does that mean my iphone was 1.1 out the box? The serial number is xxx47Nxxxx...
Well its week 47 which means it should be 1.1.2 otb right? I don't know what the previous status to this phone is after I got it from my friend but is it better to keep it this way since the bootloader is still 3.9 or upgrade it to 4.6 then FB it?

Also can i do the following steps above and still have a jailbroken, activate, and unlocked iphone or do I have to restore everything and start over again? The question boils down to is it really a necessity to upgrade to 4.6BL then fakeblank it to 3.9? Thanks a lot for your help guys!!!

No, you don't need to upgrade just to downgrade again. You can use bootneuter to go freely back and forth now anyway.

And iPhone1,1 is just the general model number for all iPhones on the market right now. iPhone1,2 will hopefully be coming in about 60 days with 3g goodness.

If you meant BootNeuter, here is the source "http://scape-server.org/iphone"
