Smile [1.1.4][iLiberty+] Need help activating phone

i have a 8gb iphone which was jailbreaked and unlocked by iliberty+. I had firmware 1.1.4.

then i got the latest version of itunes (7.7) and downloaded the 225 mb 2.0 firmware and updated the iphone.

now it says "welcome to your new iphone. lets get started......."

how do i activate/unlock/jailbreak this phone?

does ziphone or iliberty+ support 2.0? if not is there anyway of installing firmware 1.1.4 and then jailbreaking it?

    any suggestions welcome. thanks

The Dev Team hasn't released the jailbreak for 2.0 yet. Might have to wait a day or two.

If you search this forum and the 'General' forum there are solution steps to restoring your iPhone to 1.1.4 firmware for now.

there is no official software out there to jailbreak or unlock FW 2.0 yet. i believe it will be out soon.

if you want to go back to 1.1.4 you can follow this guide:

    jsalva,

how do i double check whether i have 2.0 or 1.1.4. my iphone shows an image of the white usb cord and an arrow pointing to itunes.

is there anyway of checking what my current firmware is?

also i went to the page you suggested, but i do not know what version of 7.5 to use. is is this one?: 7.5.0.20?

also what does this mean: "kick your phone out of restore mode"?

    also what is bootneuter?

i have already done so much to this iphone tha ti am scared to do anything more because i don't want to permanently screw it up...

any advice again greatly appreciated! thanks guys!!!
