Update:

Theres an appsupport 1.1.4 file on installer (iclarified source). Use it.

I was playing with my iPhone 1.1.4 activated/jailbroken/unlocked with the instructions of: http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=31936

Well, i make some calls to the iPhone and the CallerID doesnt display the name of the contact.

I do the next and get it works:

- Installed AppSupport Patch (1.1.3) from iClarified.
- Reboot the iPhone and NO SOUND from the speakers, but i make a call and the CallerID WORKS!!!.
- To resolve the NO SOUND, i go to settings ----- Reset ----- Reset All Settings
- The iPhone restart and the SOUND COME BACK.
- The CallerID and sound is working.


And so, i use the Region Format Patch (1.1.3) without any problems.

yea i did this too (risking it and it worked) but didnt have a problem with sound...actually this sound problem i think has nothing to do with the appsupport from 1.1.3

Confirmed, worked for me on 2 8gb iPhones, one was 1.1.2OTB the other was 1.0.2OTB

No sound issue either.

AppSupport isn't really needed for those living in the UK, or yea? I generally get UK and US calls only.

Before Tim can jump in and rework the real patch, I've done some investigations and AppSupport on 1.1.4 is almost the same as in 1.1.3. My guess (and I've already told Tim) is that the same patch can be applied.

I will try to patch the stock 1.1.4 AppSupport with Tim's code and see what happens.

Btw, for those looking for the International Keyboards patch (UIKit patch) I've already fixed it, and it's available at:

This patch will unlock all the keyboards available on the iPhone, not only those for the "Official" carrier's countries.

For those that prefer to patch UIKit:

Do we really need this? 1.1.3 patch works fine for most of us.

hey aviegas,
please ask slevyteam from iclarified to put the complete thing on installer asap because i prefer installer than manual installation as it notifies of updates.
