Signal.app is just a launcher that sends the correct codes to activate the signal. The launchdemon is the same just instead of an app it sends the command at launch

Download signal.plist from http://r-a-p-i-d-s-h-a-r-e.de/files/...gnal.plist.zip, put in /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/, 644 permissions. It will autolaunch it.

Glad to help. However it might be better (if you don't want to use signal.app that is) to use crackn's method. It gives real 1.1.4 (baseband and software) and unlock without signal.app. It was quite easy (use itunes to upgrade or restore, use modified ziphone 2.4 or independence 1.4 beta 5 t o JB and activate, and then run a script to unlock).

Thanks again! I will try this method.
My only worry is that all these unlocks might be affecting the unlock "counter". I've read that there is a set limit of unlocks we can performed on the baseband. This is why I opted for the Geo IPSF method.

Does anyone know if the ziphone method of unlocking affect the unlock "counter"?
