Default [1.1.4 (1.1.2OTB)] Can't answer or decline incoming calls

Its an OTB 112, now upgraded to 114.
All of a sudden I cant press the accept or decline buttons on the screen when I get an incoming call. If phone is in standby and I recieve a call I cant slide to answer. I can make outgoing calls with no problems.
Phone was originally JB+activated+unlocked with Ziphone. Original BL was 4.6.
Today after alot of playing around to figure out the problem I restored to 114 from dfu mode, and then using iLiberty I changed BL to 3.9fb. I activated the phone using iLiberty and I could recieve and decline calls again. Everything else seemed to work fine so I tried installing the installer thru iLiberty but then the problem reaccured. I restored again , and reactivated using iLiberty and then tried to just install the language pack but still, same problem occurs cant answer calls.

It seems like there is some problem with the memory part where the installer and other apps are installed (maybe something like a corrupt file or library). Anyone heard of this before? How can I solve this issue?
