    @vbhamb,
I read the thread carefully over one more time again.

Your phone was at 1.0.2 and you upgraded to 1.1.4. You were successful with the unlock @ 1.1.4, and your phone was working - that means it was OK w/o virginization. Please confirm.

Problem started when you tried to change the bootloader to gain battery improvement and during the process of upgrading BL, it failed and that's when all hell broke loose after you tried many many things.

Your BL is questionable at this point ... Let see if we can somehow verify the integrity of the BL & BB

OK - We have 3 threads to read:
    http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=36618
    and
Can those iPhone users with calibration errors please read and do the steps outlined in

    http://wikee.iphwn.org/sgold_bootrom:fixwifi
    http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=36826
    http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=36491

    (same tool, different pages).

Please post results from ibooter, sping, and/or swifi. Please also post when you first got into this situation (after running what tool).

Calibration error is the milder outcome of what ziphone can do to iPhones. ziphone is much safer on iPods than on iPhones. You'll be happy if all you have is calibration tree error...there are far worse outcomes for iPhone ziphone users.
I think you should start with the first link to try out the sping program that MuscleNerd mentioned. Get the sping to your phone via iphone PC suite or similar (but not ibrickr), or if someone can quickly create a sping iLiberty payload.

Sounds just like my iPhone... I read that 2 days ago and that STOPPED me from upgrading the BL. I figured since I went straight from 1.0.2 - 1.1.4 (no virginize) that I would have that problem.

Again, I am up and running (non-virginized) on 1.1.4

    I believe he was too...

    Thanks David94,
I think I understand what we are dealing with here. I'm not sure if we can even help him to get his phone going again but it does not hurt to try. I think we have to create a game plan and outline things for him to try. I am thinking of having him try sping first and report results. Then try ibooter and type in radio and report results. type in radio readnvram and report result.

yes you are correct, dtube. thats how i it happened with my ifon. i'll try sping technique tomorrow.
but tell me one thing, as iLiberty+ helped me to get to JB ifon, won't it help me even to unlock?

is it correct that if sping technique doesn't work, ifon will be just an expensive paper weight for me? aren't there any chances that in future some solution might comeup?

iLiberty+ will unlock your phone after we figure out how to fix your phone.
You cannot unlock the iphone until the BL + BB is working correctly and you get you IMEI back.

As far as fixing it, it is really hard to say at this point whether there will be a fix/solution for it. With that said, when fw 2.0 is released next month, it may do magic for your phone. Right now, we are not attempting to fix your phone using 2.0 because it's still beta.

Looking back at your phone. we know that if you have 1.0.2, you can go to 1.1.4 w/o virginizing and it will work as some members have mentioned. However, by skipping the viriginizing process, is that the reason why your phone broke when you used bootneuter to change the bootloader version ??. This is what I want to know.

What do you imply with fw 2.0? Have you read any topics which say that fw2.0 has fixed these issues?

I'm suspecting that as I've not virginized my fon, & also run the bootneuter, these both would have responsible for the crash.

Your phone in its current state is an expensive paper weight. I'm not saying that fw 2.0 will fix your phone but once it's released, may be we can attempt to use it and see if it will lead us to a better position to fix it.

non-virginized 1.0.2 to 1.1.4 + bootneuter Bootloader upgrade from 3.9 to 4.6 .... I'm suspecting this is a bad combination but I have no way of confirming it.

Dtube statement does make sense because if you rememeber when 1.1.3 was released it was bringing back iPhones all over the place....
