[1.1.4][04.04.05_G] Is there anyway to restore my bootloader to 4.6?
My phone was 1.1.2 OOTB. I restored my phone to 1.1.4 and unlocked it with
ziphone 2.5 which eventually downgrade my bootloader and I have an unlocked
iphone with 04.04.05_G baseband. I want to restore my bootloader. Is there
anyway doing that? As Zibri says in his website does the REFURBISH button
makes the iphone original as it becomes like 1.1.2 OOTB when I prefer to restore
1.1.2 after make the refurbish?
Besides Every damn thing works like a charm...

So, apart from warranty issue what are other harms of downgrading your 4.6
bootloader to 3.9? I'm reading the forums and everybody talk very desperate
about downgrading bootloader thing, can someone please explain me
WHY?
Besides Every damn thing works like a charm...

I really don't understand what all the fuss is about....BL3.9 is not limiting your phone right now. I don't think it ever will. What future updates? The bootloader has no barring on any type of feature, ability or even user experience on your phone. It is simply a vehicle for running your firmware/baseband - those are where the features are.

Yes and don't forget that even legitimate 3.9BL owners (ie. people who bought the Iphone before week 45 2007). Apple doesn't upgrade them through Itunes and never asks you to do so... so chill out
Really, you are more likely to miss new features by having New FW, New BL and Old BB than by having New FW, Old BL and New BB....

You are completly where, except because the 3.9BL owners they wanna try to run this new BL modified by geo and his team, they need to have 4.6BL.. (am i wrong?)
if you are only worried about to upgrade your firmware, dont worry, chill out.. because you are on the exactly same pont as the others wich has the old BL, because is much easier to pacth it / hack it... and ITS OFFICIAL VERSION!
but if you want to try this new solution if think you should to worry...
