You can already extract the secpack with existing tools.

Download the firmware and unzip it - you're interested in 022-3896-4.dmg (or 022-3900-4.dmg)

Download 8900decryptor (C source, Win executable ...) from iPhone Elite web site (link not authorized) - compile it if necessary

Run 8900decryptor 022-3896-4.dmg ramdisk.dmg. ramdisk.dmg is the decrypted ramdisk image

Mount this image if you're on a Mac/Linux, or open it with MagicISO on Windows

Extract the FLS file from /usr/local/standalone/firmware in the ramdisk

Then extract the secpack according to http://iphonejtag.blogspot.com/2007/08/step-7.html

(ok, already posted, thanks Dborca :p)

And, of course, once you extract the secpack PROPERLY, you can erase your baseband. I just downgraded a 04.04.05 to 04.03.13. It works fine.

    Haha!

Zibri silently fixed the picture with the 1.1.4 key on his blog. It now reads SYSTEM DISK (but I am very sure it was RAMDISK, which was utterly incorrect).

    Oh boy...

When I extract the fls 0x1a4-0x9a4, the result is a 2049 bytes file for seckpack.
    Is it normal ???
The other seckpack from previous firmware are 2048...
I ve done this with winhex
It' 1 byte to much. Is this not till 0x9a3 ????

EDIT : In winhwx, it seems to be offset 0x1a4-0x9a3
