most of the time "repair Needed" it's a baseband problem error.
I sugest 2 things:
1- Never use ziphone again (it's causing a lot of people a lot of problems).
2- if you used ziphone do it all you must be on BL 3.9, what you need to do is reflash your baseband to latest version 04.04.05_G ( there is a payload to do this on iliberty+, you just need to download it).
after that restore again with itunes (put your phone in DFU mode)
Jailbreak, activate with iliberty, download Bootneuter from installer and upgrade back your BL to 4.6 Neuter it and unlock it.
You should be fine after that

Hi jsalva. Reflash baseband to 04.04.05_G did not work. I ran iliberty+ with the payload and its stuck at "Checking baseband version..."

Have you try using bootneuter to upgrade your BL back to 4.6?

I tied pwnage and used bootneuter. The bootneuter gets stuck on "determing current settings"... any other suggestions? should i remove the baseband before trying bootneuter?
