About LinkBacksWhen you ran ZiPhone, was iTunes open? You should have your phone paired with iTunes before running ZiPhone (at least that was the case when the first ZiPhone came out. Don't know if this applies to the future versions.). So restore to 1.1.3 and leave iTunes running. Then run ZiPhone. Let me know how it worked out.Originally Posted by davekilljoy

Oh man...so i tried to update and run ZiPhone again, not paired with itunes however, and of course it screwed up again. Now however I cant get into DFU mode....=Z Man...so anger...

why dont you read the instructions,Ziphone unlock is only for 4.6 bootloader.
you can just activate and jailbreak for bootloader 3.9 then run anysim 1.3.
as you had 1.1.1 with anysim that shows you have bootloader 3.9.

2.0-->2.01-->2.1-->3.0-->3.1.2-->3.1.3-->4.0

I did read! I just dindt know BL were the only things that stayed static in upgrades. Silly me I know.
So im back down to 1.1.1 and I think im gonna stay here. I tried doing the Nate upgrade to 1.1.3 last weeka dn it effed up my phone as well...sooo I'm done with the upgrading for now...=D
Thanks a lot for everyones help..even though I was pretty stupid.
