Yes really seems to be his bad day.
Especially when in his words called noob is longer in the forum then him
But truely, currently I would also say you are better off with 1.1.2, stable and all functioning fine, so as long as there is no complete unlock including anysim for 1.1.3 you can have mainly all funtions already via 3rd party apps.

I know these reasons, I meant.. Is it be possible these jailbreaking solution are temporary solutions? I'll explain my self better....
Maybe Installer says to wait because they know what will be the next step...
What about the damn video exploit? everybody forgot about that?
I'm pretty sure there will be a jailbreakme.com-sorta of jailbreak for OTB too
