[1.1.3] Why can't you downgrade directly to 1.1.2?
Hi guys,
I was just wondering... why can't we downgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.1.2? Does the 1.1.2 FW have something which doesn't allow you to downgrade to it? Or is the 1.1.1 FW the only one with that 'bug' which allows you to kick it out of recovery mode with iNdependence/iBrickr?
I was just curious...
Thanks in advance!

There is no Jailbreak for 1.1.2, only the "soft" upgrade jailbreak. You have to jailbreak with 1.1.1 then install the files that are needed for the 1.1.2 jailbreak. Without those files from 1.1.1 you cannot jailbreak the phone.

You are sooo right. Just the same reason we can't TRULY jailbreak 1.1.3 after updating thru iTunes.
I don't know how I never thought of that lol
Thanks!
