Lightbulb [1.1.3] Unlocked without AnySIM and IPSF-thing? WTF.

Wow.. I've no idea what just happened.

I restored my 1.1.1 OTB 3.9BL iPhone back to factory settings. Put my AT&T default sim-card in the phone. Downloaded 1.1.1 firmware, restored, jailbreaked, and went straight to soft-upgrade to 1.1.3. After the soft-upgrade was finished, i turned off my phone and put my norwegian sim-card in the phone. After rebooting the phone, i'm getting a signal. I even tried calling with it. It works!

Can someone tell me how the fuck this can work without me using AnySIM or IPSF-method?

so you've never used any unlock method at all?
because restoring in itunes wont undo an already unlocked phone, it doesn't touch the baseband
