hey, how could I to refresh Installer if I have not wifi conection?, many people has this problem when baseband got upgraded, we lost wifi connections and it seems theree still nothing to do about it...

You really should learn to read before you do ANYTHING. You just screwed up and bricked your phone. 1.1.2 OTB should NOT be upgraded to 1.1.3 unless you have ATT service.

No kidding the procedure didnt work. If you would read more instead of just posting saying "it doesnt work" when it really does; you would of read that 1.1.2 OTB phones should NOT be upgraded to 1.1.3. You just bricked your phone till 1.1.4 most likely.

I realise the 4.6 bootloader or OOTB 1.1.2 phones won't normally work with this method; however, how about if I use turbosim? I have currently downgraded from 1.1.3 for a friend to 1.02 and working fine minus phone functions. If I upgrade to 1.1.2 will it work even though I have 4.6BL because I'm using a TURBOSIM? I should I just stick with 1.0.2 and no phone? lol ...Thx

TurboSIM won't work (as of yet) since if your phone has been at 1.1.3 once, you have the new baseband (04.03.13_G) which in your case (with bootloader 4.6) cannot be downgraded using the method described here. The new baseband doesn't work with older firmware. So the best thing you can do is stay at a jailbroken 1.1.2 w/o phone functions.

This was about iPhone that isn't mine :-) My iPhone is currently 1.1.2 and I'm not going to update at the moment.

About 1.1.2 otb updated to 1.1.3:
At the moment I can do a HW bootloader downgrade to version 3.9, so it is possible to unlock it. I hope there will be a full SW solution for me soon.

I haven't yet. I'm very confused right now. Can I unlock 1.1.2 OTB iPhone with 4.6 bootloader and 04.03.13_G baseband with H/W method? I've upgraded it to 1.1.3, then downgraded to 1.1.2, but can't SW downgrade baseband. Is this possible with HW method?
