Sorry guys,

this topic is just for H/W (read: Hardware) - unlocked 1.1.2OTB phones that will (probably) be able to run a (still unlocked) jailbreaked 1.1.3 soon.

But there is nothing new about soft-unlocking 1.1.2OTB or 1.1.3OTB. By now you will have to open (and maybe) brick your phone.

I know, but this brings hope for people who has 4.03.13 bb by using *sim proxy with jailbroken 1.1.3 ..

What I'm wondering: Now that the password has been found, is it possible to modify the update it so it doesn't upgrade the baseband?
That would mean unlocks would would still work (be it anysim or *sim-cards).
