Angry [1.1.3 OTB] Ziphoned, can't restore, stuck in restore mode.

As said before, tried 10000000 times to do a restore via itunes 'cause my Iphone was rebooting on its own when using email.
It just wont restore, i get error 1, 6 and 9 . 6 being the most common one.
tried with 1.1.1 fw, and 1.1.2 as well as, of course 1.1.3 .
I'm going to an Apple store tomorrow, in the meantime, any ideas?
