im reading all the updates all day, still i have 2 simple questions.

my brand new iphone from usa is here, with 1.1.3 and i have a turbosim to use.
if i read correctly, secpack 1.1.3 was needed to crack 1.1.2 lock, so i´d have to wait for 1.1.4 secpack to get 1.1.3 working with turbosim ? or whats the exact thing i´d need for a 1.1.3 to work with a european card (with turbosim or any other adapter)

1.1.3 OTB and turbosim does not need the secpack from 1.1.4 just like the 1.1.2 OTB did not need the 1.1.3 secpack to work with turbosim.

what is needed to let 1.1.3 OTB even close to work with the turbosim is hacktivation and jailbreaking..

on the back of your iPhone package and tell me/us the 4th and 5th
digit of the Serial No.

Example:

Serial No. 7V7498WKWH8

4th + 5th digit: 4 9

--------> so, the iPhone arises from week 49.

I dont think, reading from the forums anyway that xsim solution can be used at the moment. you need the phone jailbroken and activated in order to use the software to program said xsim.
Hopefully someone will be able to sort that out soon. Reading around i see people have tried the sim solution on 1.1.3 and bombed big time.

Again, need jailbreak and hactivation. I wonder how long this will be for those of us using older boot-loader phones? Should be much easier than those using the 4.6 BL? no?

sorry, but my english isnt perfect. you are telling me that i could use a brand new 1.1.3 OTB only like a ipod touch aplying jailbreak and hactivation ??

that means that in a 1.1.3 OTB the only thing that i couldnt use is the phone ??

What it means is that you can't do anything with a 1.1.3 OOB right now. People are working on getting jailbreaking and activation solutions, but at the moment NOTHING works.

couldnt you downgrade to 1.1.1 and then jailbreak/activate it, then upgrade to 1.1.2 and use turbosim?
