[1.1.3 OTB 4.6 BL] Simple Question

I have an 1.1.3 OTB 4.6 BL i must unlock it for using with italian sim.

i musto do this :

If everything goes fine, don't. If you have any problems after unlock, install it

Why does my thread always get deleted?

All i wanted to know is....After a restore on a Iphone i used Ziphone on.... Would i need to use the Unlock again or is Ziphones unlock Permanent ????
