This is a fix for o2 uk PayG Gprs on firmware 1.1.3. Unfortunatly the o2 Payg network does not support Edge.

Follow the instructions in the readme.

I can confirm this works with 1.1.2 as well. i used this before initially. but the filesgo in a different folder.

proxy.pacgoes in the same folder, but the other 2files goin different folders.

look for folders named : o2_uk.plist, replace that filewith carrier.plist (makesure to rename carrier.plist to o2_uk.plist), and replacepreference.plistwith the same file.

There are modifications to the plist files specially for 1.1.3 so i wouldn't recommend this method

i don't think so. i basically changed the files on my 1.1.2, and when i upgraded using the dev team method, it automatically became 1.1.3 with active gprs on my pay and go sim. all i had to do was, add "allowedgeediting" command to the carrierlist file.

When you upgraded it would upgrade the plist file i.e. turning it into an 1.1.3 one however using the 1.1.3 files (which have additional preference settings etc) on 1.1.2 may not give the best results.

I have viewed both the 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 files and they are defiantly different with the exception of the proxy file.

Works on 1.1.3 true jailbreak via ZiPhone.

Also can confirm same files work with 1.1.4 Jailbroken and unlocked 3.9BL.

Thought it was wortha a bump as I always lose this thread.
