[1.1.3] from JB 1.1.2 via iBricker (ipsw file on phone). Safe to Restore?
Hi,
Im having battery issues (iphone getting very warm, terrible battery life) and would like to do a restore - either a regular or perhaps even a 'shift' restore (and select firmware 1.1.3).
Am I safe to do this? The technique I used to go from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 is here: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=604 which I think lots of people used. Thing is, im concerned about restoring...
Please any info (yes/no - you will have to jailbreak using X would be great). Im a little worried my phone is dead/dying :-(

I think you should try to restore and then use Ziphone to unlock , activate and jaibreak the phone. But if your phone's battery life is still very short after you've done this . I would recommend you should buy a new Battery
