Unfortunately I got this:
Checking iPhone version...
You have iPhone version .
Sorry! You must have an iPhone 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 with Installer.app installed. Press Enter to exit.
However, I AM running 1.1.1 with Installer.app

Hi Guys,
I get thru most of the whole MAC Jailbreak and it works flawlessly until I get to the "Upload the new Firmware, make sure your phone is on and connected. than press enter" screen. I press Enter it tells me it's going to take about 2 minutes to upload but I immediately get a done message. when I go into the installer and go to install "1.1.3 soft upgrade" it gets to about 40% installed than it reboots and nothing, phone still shows up with 1.1.2. Have tried it a couple of times. Not sure if anyone else is running into issues with the Mac version or not.
I have a 1.1.2 (OTB) Iphone running a Stealthsim Card.
thanks

That's normal, it takes about 10 or so minutes from that point. It's looking that what's happening with my phone is the whole file isn't uploading to the phone from the computer.

MESSAGE:

Have tried reinstalling Installer... rebooting.
Mine is a 1.0.1 OTB, IPSF unlocked under 1.02. Updated to 1.1.2.
any thoughts?

Yep, can 100% confirm, darthrez experience.
Have tried it for about 5 times from scratch, and always the same.
(But at least the attempts were not destructive.) :-)
What makes me wonder is, that the last sentence, where it says "Uploading image, will take 2 minutes..." it just finishes in the second when I hit enter. Hmm... I also left the phone for about 10 minutes sitting at the desk...
My idea of the fault is, that downloading the 1.1.3 patch via Installer.app does not work correct. Because it downloads, says "installing" right to the middle of the progress bar, then the OS (shutdown) circle comes up, and the iPhone reboots itself.

Let's start by checking your iPhone. Make sure it's plugged in and press Enter.
Checking iPhone version...
You have iPhone version 1.1.2.
Excellent! Your phone qualifies.
Locating 1.1.3 firmware
1.1.3 package not found. If you have it, please copy it to /tmp/data/1.1.3.ipsw and press Enter.
If you do not have it, just press Enter to download it.
Thanks, got it!
Extracting firmware...
Decrypting firmware...
Decompressing firmware...
Downloading patch...

Applying patch...
Ready to upload the new firmware. Make sure your phone is on and connected, then press Enter.
Uploading image. This will take about 2 minutes...
Done! Now head to Installer.app and install the "1.1.3 soft upgrade" package.
